Even prominent Shaker historians believe that the layout of graves in the Harvard Shaker Cemetery is nearly random. The Shakers were disorganized? Really? Roben Campbell has revisited the layout of the Harvard Shaker Cemetery, combining historical records with modern data analysis. She will describe patterns that the experts have overlooked along with the history of this unique Shaker artifact.
