Thursday, July 26, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Learn to Make Jam with Bonnie Shershow


Learn from professional jam-maker Bonnie Shershow of Bonnie’s Jams.  On Thursday, July 26, from 6 – 8, the Massachusetts Horticultural Society will sponsor a Garden to Table event at Rival Marketing Kitchen Studio, 1385 Cambridge Street, third floor, in Cambridge. Bonnie Shershow’s hand-made jams, jellies & preserves are made from original recipes inspired by the fruits of the season. The most fragrant and freshest fruits gathered around New England are the basis for the intense taste that makes the jams truly remarkable. And to ensure that each jam reflects the true flavor of the fruit- Bonnie uses no pectin and half the sugar of commercial Jams.
