Water is the key to life on this planet and yet one of the resources taken most for granted.  Trevor Smith, owner of Land Escapes and a specialist in ecological landscape design, will talk about adding water to our gardens to reduce urban noise pollution, create habitat and attract wildlife, and create an everyday getaway, at a meeting of the Medford Garden Club on Thursday, September 5, from 7 – 9, at the Medford Public Library, 111 High Street in Medford.

Learn about rainwater harvesting methods, such as a rain garden and the benefits of capturing and reusing storm water. Free and open to the public.
