The Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts will present a civic development workshop on Thursday, March 27, from 9 – 12:30 at the Espousal Center, 554 Lexington Street, Waltham, entitled Civic Development Projects: What Worked, What Didn’t. Learn how to work effectively with civic authorities to make everyone proud.
