On Wednesday, October 14 from 9 – 3, learn how to extend the season’s harvest to enjoy your own garden greens throughout the late fall and early spring months. Consider growing under cover in an unheated structure and learn techniques necessary for a four-season harvest. This Berkshire Botanical Garden program will take place offsite.  Following the lecture, Pete Salinetti will lead a field study to Woven Roots Farm in Tyringham, Massachusetts. $60 fee.
