On Saturday, November 5, from 10 – 12, join the Ikenobo Ikebana Society of Boston to celebrate their 50th year anniversary at the Brae Burn Country Club, 326 Fuller Street in West Newton. Enjoy a flower display from members and a demonstration by guest of honor professor Nobu Kurashige from Japan. Admission is free. Dress code requirements: no denim, tee shirts or collarless shirts are allowed, although fashionable women’s tops without collars are allowed (presumably worn by women, not men.)
