This December, Plant Adventures will be exploring beautiful country of Guatemala to explore and observe exciting species of Bromeliads as well as Orchids, Heliconias, Cacti, Aroids, Ferns, and many other exotic tropical plants. We will be covering a wide range of climates and terrain changes as well as a river trip on the Rio Dulce in Guatemala. Plant specialists will be part of trip to assist in the identification of plants.

We will also be visiting the beautiful colonial town of Antigua Guatemala, Chichicastenango – the best native crafts market in Central America and the volcano surrounded Lago de Atitlan. There are many beautiful crafts that can be purchased here including wood crafts, pottery and paintings.

The total price is approximately $2000, TBD. The cost of the trip includes all your meals except the day of arrival and dinner in Antigua, double-room hotel accommodations, transportation and all the fun you can have.

The trip costs do not include your airfare, Guatemala departure tax, liquor, and souvenirs.
