Hummingbirds are among the most unique birds in the class of Aves. They are a major pollinator in the ecosystem and have co-evolved with specific ornithophilous plants in the American content. On Sunday, July 23 at The Gardens at Elm Bank, beginning at 10 am, Amir Ghazanfari will discuss Planting for Hummingbirds. Amir Ghazanfari, a biologist and a researcher, has been studying and monitoring Ruby-Throated Hummingbird, in the state of Massachusetts, for the past decade.
