Art in the Garden is a new Lexington Field & Garden Club fundraiser, to be held Sunday, September 10, from 3 – 5 (Rain date September 24). Enjoy an afternoon in a gorgeous landscaped private Lexington garden, surrounded by beautiful artwork by five local artists, all for sale. Bid on goods and services at the silent auction, enjoy tasty refreshments, and meet art lovers of all ages. Funds raised will be used for new plantings at Emery Park, one of the town’s most used and visible spaces. At the home of: Christina & George Gamota, 17 Solomon Pierce Rd., Lexington. Monday, September 18, 10:30 am – Back to Basics: Balance and Rhythm

For the flower arranging enthusiast, sign up with the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts for the kick off of its 2017-2018 Back to Basics Series, Balance and Rhythm, presented by Thelma Shoneman at the Espousal Center. 554 Lexington Street in Waltham, on Monday September 18 at 10:30 am.
