Thursday and Friday, September 23 – 24 – 2021 Massachusetts Historic Preservation Conference, Online

Education is a cornerstone of Preservation Massachusetts’ mission. By bringing the preservation community together to learn, share, mentor and network, we strengthen ourselves, our initiatives, and our collective movement. Since 2015, Preservation Massachusetts has presented this biennial statewide program in partnership with organizations and agencies around the Commonwealth.

This September 23-24, join them for the first-ever virtual Massachusetts Historic Preservation Conference. A virtual event allows them to reach all communities across the Commonwealth. From urban to rural, coastal to inland, our various regions represent diverse approaches to the preservation of our historic buildings, landscapes, histories, sites and resources. The conference will highlight preservation successes, challenges and lessons learned. Some topics include How Historic Preservation is Tackling Affordable Housing and Climate Change, Demo Delay Bylaws & Historic Districts, and Barn Preservation Basics.

Register for $25 and get access to all live conference sessions (9:00am-12:00pm, Sept 23-24), plus exclusive on-demand content. If you can’t choose among several great topics, don’t worry, you’ll have access to recordings of them all! Plus, we’ll host on-demand digital content created with the expertise of our partners from across Massachusetts.

Register by 12:00pm on the last day of the conference, September 24, and get access to live, recorded, and on-demand content both during and after the conference. Questions? Call 617-938-8879 or email jroper@preservationmass.org Register HERE.
