Saturday, July 15, 10:30 am – 3:30 pm & Sunday, July 16, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm – New England Lily Society Show & Sale

The New England Lily Society’s annual show exhibits a wide variety of lilies grown in New England as well as beautiful flower arrangements featuring lilies.  On Saturday, July 15 and Sunday, July 16 at one pm there will be a half hour Exhibit walking tour entitled “Criteria for Judging Lilies.” On Saturday only at 2 pm enjoy a lecture on Things That Can Go Wrong with Lilies.

Since 1960, the Society has presented an annual show to the community. Don’t miss this year’s colorful, showstopping blooms and opportunities to talk with lily enthusiasts who have a wealth of knowledge about growing and propagating these beautiful plants!

Saturday, July 15, 12:00 noon – 4:00 pm – 4th Annual Barn and Garden Tour

The Rotary of the Deerfield Valley is hosting their 4th  Annual Tour. Enjoy a beautiful afternoon visiting a variety of barns and gardens in the Deerfield Valley, both historic and new. There will be a variety of food trucks, local artists who will be showing/selling their works and live musicians will be entertaining you too. Who doesn’t love a beautiful or historic Vermont Barn and country gardens? We are keeping our special barns and gardens a secret so you can enjoy the surprise that day. Tickets are limited, and available on Eventbrite and at the chamber of commerce in Wilmington, open 10am-4pm daily. Wednesday, July 19, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm – UMass Turf Research Field Day

Join UMass Extension in-person at our biennial UMass Turf Research Field Day. Field Day is a festive open house where you can hear about and see research projects in the field, get down to business at the on-site trade show, network with colleagues, and enjoy a continental breakfast and a hearty cookout lunch. 8:00am to 1:00pm
