On Tuesday, July 26, beginning at 6 pm, visit Wright-Locke Farm in Winchester for this annual foraging walk around the farm property and nearby conservation areas abutting the farmstead. Published local forager Russ Cohen will begin with an introduction that includes sampling delicious foraged foods he has collected and prepared himself- a real treat! The workshop will continue with the walk; edible and medicinal plants will be identified and discussed. Russ Cohen’s foraging book will be available for purchase at the end of the walk. No dogs are allowed during the workshop.
Tuition fee: $30 per person. PLEASE NOTE: Registration for workshops is required. If you can no longer attend a workshop for which you have registered, the Farm will refund your tuition fee until 10 days prior to a program. No refunds are provided within 10 days of a workshop.
