  • Thursday, March 1, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm – Restoring Buzzards Bay’s Natural Resources

    The first of the free 3-part workshop series will focus on identifying critical ecosystem needs, assessing damaged natural resources, and the values associated with restoration. David Burdick, Marine Wetland Ecology and Restoration Professor at the University of New Hampshire will be the keynote speaker and the workshop will include a site visit to Acushnet River restoration sites. This March 1 event will take place from 10 – 5 beginning at the Buzzards Bay Coalition office, 114 Front Street in New Bedford. Free.
