    Purchase Trustees Grown certified organic vegetables and pastured meat and poultry. In addition to being the largest private owner of farmland in Massachusetts, the Trustees operate multiple production farms where visitors can learn about the land and the natural cycles we depend on, share experiences, and enjoy farm fresh products. Partial payment options are available.

There are options from Appleton Farms in Ipswich, including a fruit CSA share, Chestnut Hill Farm in Southborough, Powisset Farm in Dover, Weir River Farm in Hingham, and more.   • Sunday, August 19 – Sunday, November 4 – Traveling Biergartens at Historic Estates and Gardens

    Notch Brewing and the Trustees of Reservations conservation group are partnering to take Notch beer on the road to parks, farms and other gorgeous settings managed by the Trustees. Each traveling biergarten will present communal outdoor seating, games, special programs like fun runs, and beer served in half-liter steinkrugs. Also, each Trustees site has its own admission fees.   • Sunday, October 11, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm – Chestnut Hill Farm’s Harvest Festival

    Join The Trustees of Reservations on Sunday, October 11 from 10 – 4 for Chestnut Hill Farm’s Harvest Festival, a day long celebration of the fall and farm. This revitalization of the farm’s historic festival will include activities for all ages including pumpkin carving and painting, goat milking, farm tours, guided hikes, meet the farmer, food, live music, and much more.
