Join Rialto for one of its 2014 Cooking Classes led by Chef Jody Adams. The day begins at with coffee & scones at 11am in the bar & lounge at Rialto in Harvard Square. Guests move into the main dining room, as they sit back, relax and enjoy cooking instruction and demonstration led by Chef Jody Adams. Guests receive a packet of recipes to follow along and take notes. The demonstration is followed by a multi-course lunch with expertly paired wines.
Some of the best produce from local farms makes it’s way into our CSA’s during September, when late summer harvests are at their peak. For this Sunday, September 21 cooking class we are joined by one of our favorite farmers, working with the best of the harvest and bringing these flavors to life with simple preparation and technique.
