  • Sundays, September 30 and October 21, 5:30 pm – Allandale Farm Dinner with Mei Mei

After Allandale Farm’s sold out 2017 events, the folks from Mei Mei food truck & restaurant are throwing another dinner party with Allandale Farm, located at 259 Allandale Road in Boston.
We both love local food, fun times, urban farms, music, craft beer, and our friends and neighbors, so we’re putting it all together on the nights of Sunday September 30 and Sunday October 21. Dinners will take place in the lovely, rustic Allandale greenhouses! Bring your friends and family for a multi-course menu designed by James Beard-nominated chef Irene Li featuring lots of Allandale-grown produce. Tickets include one alcoholic drink (or non-alcoholic Haymaker’s Punch), and we’ll also have a cash bar for other beverages from our friends at The Beer Mobile. Get excited to meet your neighbors with delicious family style dining!

Limited seating, parking available at the farm store. Taxes and eventbrite fees not included. For tickets visit https://www.eventbrite.com/e/allandale-farm-dinner-with-mei-mei-tickets-48511627584

  • Monday, August 31, 3 pm – One Long Table

On Monday, August 31, come to a fabulous collaboration between Bay End Farm in Buzzards Bay and The Blue Room in Cambridge.  Know your roots!  Go back to the “farm to table” movement – the Bay End Farm is putting one long table back in the middle of the farm.  Join them amidst the beautiful farm of organic vegetables.  You will be sitting anywhere from just a few feet to a few miles from where your dinner will be sourced and only yards from where it will be prepared.  The hosts will be setting up the table out in the field and under the sun on a gorgeous late afternoon to feast on what the earth has offered. A farm tour begins at 3 pm, and the four course menu paired with organic wines dinner begins at 4.  Cost is $75 per person ($65 if a Bay End Farm CSA member), and please note this is a bring your own plate event.  The Blue Room chef Jorge Lopes will present his best work, and all proceeds from the dinner will facilitate Bay End Farm’s efforts to build their farm stand kitchen.

Click here to make RESERVATIONS online. You will be directed to the Blue Room’s reservation page – book for 3 PM. Or you may call 617-494-9034 for directions and to reserve.

  • Saturday, September 12, 6 pm – Cider Hill Farm to Table

Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury, Massachusetts, began in 1978 when Ed and Eleanor Cook purchased the old Battis Dairy Farm with the hope of transforming it into an apple farm. Not long after that, the Cook’s son, Glenn, along with his new bride, Karen, bought the adjacent Vedrani Poultry Farm so they could start a quality life together. Now, with three generations diligently tending to the chores, they bring you a beautiful and diverse farm operation that looks and feels everything but first generation.

We are excited to announce the final Farm to Table Dinner with the Cook family on their grounds. Festivities will begin at 6:00 pm and will include the following:

~ A Four Course Meal prepared by Good Tastes Kitchen, sourcing from Cider Hill Farm and other local purveyors.
~ Wine, Beer & Beverages from local artisans.
    ~ Live Music

Seats ($80 each) are limited to the first 100 tickets sold. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BY SEPTEMBER 6TH. For further details and directions please log on to www.ciderhill.com, or call the number below.
