  • Wednesday, August 5, 11:00 am – 4:00 pm – 2026 Nantucket House Tour: Promenade on the Point

    The 70th Annual House And Garden Tour, “PROMENADE ON THE POINT” will be held on August 5, 2026 from 11-4. The House and Garden Tour is the Nantucket Garden Club’s sole fundraiser, and its impact reaches far beyond a single summer day. Proceeds directly benefit organizations and programs on the island, such as Civic Improvements; Grants for Beautification, Conservation, and Environmental Education; and scholarships for local students. Every ticket sold helps preserve the natural and cultural heritage of Nantucket for generations to come. This year’s tour features homes and gardens on Brant Point. Check-in for the tour will be located at the Brant Point Coast Guard Station, 10 Easton Street. Shuttle buses will operate continuously from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM between Town and the Brant Point Coast Guard Station. $100. Purchase tickets in advance online HERE.

  • Friday, April 24 – Sunday, April 26 – 2026 Nantucket Daffodil Festival

    Plan ahead – the 2026 Nantucket Daffodil Festival is coming April 24 – April 26. The 49th Annual Daffodil Show by the Nantucket Garden Club will be held in the greenhouses at Bartlett’s Farm on Saturday, April 25 from 2-5pm & Sunday, April 26 from 10am to 3pm. This year’s theme is “It’s Daffy Time… Let’s Dance!” Visit town early to view 100 decorated vintage cars line up on Main Street: staging begins at 9:30 AM. The parade starts at noon, with cars driven in a loop downtown before heading up Orange Street and out to ‘Sconset. Parade participants only park on the right; spectators may set up their picnics on the left. A Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce signature event. If you stay in town for Daffy Saturday, you can participate in the Daffodil Hat Pageant at 10 am, the Children’s Beach Bike Parade at 10:35 am, and NiSHA’s Daffodil Dog Parade shortly after 12 noon. The Morris Dancers are sure to show up & perform. Bring a blanket and set up a picnic for family and friends on the lawn at Children’s Beach.

  • Thursday, April 24 – Sunday, April 27 – Nantucket Daffodil Festival 2025

    The 2025 Daffodil Festival on Nantucket, April 24 – 27, includes art shows, a pet show, tours, exhibitions, contests, lectures, and, of course, the Garden Club’s annual Nantucket Daffodil Flower Show. There are activities for all ages, and faithful festival-goers dress up for the occasion and participate enthusiastically. In addition to the Antique Car Parade, window decorating contest, and the famous ‘Sconset Tailgate Picnic, the Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce organizes a Daffy Hat Contest, a Children’s Parade featuring decorated bikes, strollers, wagons, and other self-propelled vehicles, and a family picnic at Children’s Beach.     The Nantucket Garden Club’s Annual House and Garden Walking Tour returns August 7 from 11 – 4. This year’s co-chairs are Anna Caspersen, Helen Lynch, and Susan Gambee.     The Nantucket Garden Club’s much anticipated Annual event and fundraiser is scheduled to be held Wednesday, August 3, 2022, rain or shine, from 11 – 4. .  ‘WELCOME TO UPPER MAIN STREET’ is the 66th annual house & garden tour. It will feature five magnificent Main Street homes and three lovely gardens, in addition to the historic Hadwen House.

    There will be a complimentary tea held in the Hadwen House Garden 11 – 4, along with a boutique featuring an array of interesting items

    The Nantucket Garden Club’s 2020 Daffodil Show will take place Saturday, April 25 from 9 – 5 at Bartlett’s Ocean View Farm, 33 Bartlett Farm Road in Nantucket. The show is timed to coincide with the Nantucket Daffodil Festival taking place April 24 – 26. Registration is now open to those who would like to register an antique vehicle for the Annual Antique Car Parade that begins on Main Street and ends in ‘Sconset with a picnic.
