From mutations to transposons and hybridization to polyploidy, plants have fascinating genetic qualities that allow them to survive and thrive on this planet. This New England Wild Flower Society course at Garden in the Woods will begin with a short talk on the basics of genetic theory, and then we will delve into how these genetic qualities play out in plant form and function.
