Like to bike? Want to make fresh food available to all? Join ($75) or donate any amount to The Food Project’s team in the Ride for Food on October 6, beginning at Noble & Greenough School, 10 Campus Drive in Dedham.
Since 2012, the Ride for Food has raised over two million dollars for local food organizations, including The Food Project. This year, The Food Project’s goal is to build a team of 10 riders and raise $10,000 to support our work with youth, food, and community—creating a food system where everyone has access to the fresh, healthy food they need to thrive.
“As a lover of simple, healthy food, I feel saddened and enraged to think of people in my own community for whom this option is not available due to socioeconomic factors. The combo opportunity to support food justice AND get some exercise on beautiful terrain couldn’t be passed up!” – Ride for Food Rider
Join The Food Project’s team and ride 10, 25, or 50 miles, or support riders with a donation at https://ride.threesquaresne.org/team/223591
