No. 9 Park will begin hosting a monthly cocktail class on the third Sunday of every month from 2 – 4 beginning on August 17th. The classes will be taught by No. 9 Park’s bar manager, Ryan Lotz, and will be based on a different theme each month. Each class will be an intimate group of no more than 11 guests, and Ryan will explore cocktail technique, theory, history & of course, offer tastings. Bar snacks will be included in the price of the class, and made available to enjoy with your cocktail tastings. The news is so hot-off-the-plate that the class themes still being put together.
