Learn how to site a good growing space in the city, use organic practices to combat pests and diseases, and boost soil fertility for a healthy and productive garden. We also will review creative urban crop options including micro-greens, fruit, mushrooms, bees, and more. The last class will include a canning demonstration along with cooking tips for the urban gardener. $155 fee.
